LIsa AI Assistant Disclaimer

LIsa™—the Luxury Investments Service Assistant—is an artificial-intelligence-powered digital service assistant provided by L.I. Pools. LIsa is not a human pool technician, licensed electrician, medical professional, emergency dispatcher, or substitute for an onsite inspection.

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. Information generated by LIsa may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a customer’s particular pool, equipment, chemicals, property, or circumstances. Customers should not rely on LIsa’s responses as the sole basis for making technical, chemical, safety, financial, scheduling, repair, or service decisions.

AI Processing & Privacy

LIsa uses Groq as a third-party artificial intelligence inference provider to process portions of customer conversations. L.I. Pools currently has Zero Data Retention enabled for Groq inference API requests. This statement applies to the verified inference API setting and does not make a broader promise about unrelated Groq services or features.

Even with these controls, customers should not enter passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, sensitive medical information, account credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information into LIsa.

Before acting on information provided by LIsa, contact L.I. Pools at (833) 547-6655 and obtain confirmation from the appropriate L.I. Pools representative or qualified professional. A conversation with LIsa does not constitute an inspection, diagnosis, confirmed price, appointment, dispatch, service-request submission, warranty determination, or authorization to perform repairs.

Customers are responsible for using reasonable judgment and obtaining appropriate professional confirmation before acting on AI-generated information. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, L.I. Pools and Luxury Investments disclaim liability for loss, damage, injury, expense, or other consequences arising from reliance on unconfirmed AI-generated information. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Emergencies and chemical exposure

LIsa must not be used for emergencies. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety—including fire, drowning, severe breathing difficulty, electrical danger, gas exposure, or another urgent hazard—move to safety and call 911 or the appropriate emergency service. For a suspected poisoning or chemical exposure in the United States, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. Do not delay emergency assistance while waiting for a response from LIsa.
